Our founder, Fleur, recently participated in the London Vitality 10k. The event was a fantastic experience, offering full accessibility and a warm welcome to wheelchair athletes. Fleur's participation was to test more invents to highlight the opportunities available in accessible sports events.
The only mass participant disability event in the country, our Make Way team swam, biked and ran or pushed over the course.

Matthew, Neil and David rode 300miles from Shooting Star Hospice in Guildford to Unique Mobility in Plymouth over 3 days.
It was an epic adventure finished off by two of our recipeints meeting the team at the finish.
Another amazing day at Dorney! The rain fell all morning until we took to the start line where upon it decided to be kind to us and stop. Santa got us all going with a fun warm up before the hooter sounded, sending us off on our 1st 5km lap of the two that we needed to do.
Our team, made up of 4 of our trustees (Fleur, Matthew, Lucy and Henry, along with Lucy's son Jack and of course the star himself, Toby, made our way round the course that wound around the rowing lake that had been the swim leg in the triathlon in the summer.
Once again, we were joined by so many other inspiring teams, all of whom spurred each other on to make it round and get the medal at the finish line. We can't wait to be back next year.
Wow - what a day! We were totally blown away by the support both on the day and afterwards.
Thanks to you, we are now able to go and look for our 1st recipient.
